Our Returns Policy

  • We are glad to accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date for LOCAL CUSTOMERS and 14 days within the purchase date for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
  • Blush Studio will NOT cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a reliable courier service when sending parcels which can be tracked. We will not be responsible if parcels sent out to us are not received without a proper traceable courier service.
  • The item will be refunded only after inspection from the Customer support team for a quality review. Once it is deemed suitable for refund a notification will sent to you via email.
  • If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value or opt for a refund.
  • SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Conditions

Before sending your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
  • Return costs are at the customer’s expense (unless your item is deemed faulty).

If the item returned is not qualified for returns our Customer Sales team will email you and we have the right to refuse a refund/return.

Returning faulty items

We sincerely apologize for receiving a faulty item. Please mail our Customer support team with your name, Order number and a picture of the faulty item.

Our Refund Policy

We will be refunding only faulty or damaged goods. The price of the item will be refunded as Store credits to your account. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

Once the item has been shipped, we regret that a change of delivery address cannot be accommodated.

Double exchanges

We regret that we do not allow for double exchanges. An item can be exchanged only once.

Scarves and Inner caps and other accessories

To ensure the utmost level of hygienic conditions of our products we will NOT be allowing for exchanges or refunds for the above items, unless the product is found to be faulty.
